Location: Dallas TX
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $37500 - $43500 per year
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key representative of our company you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels including phone email and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placements modifications and cancellations
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the database
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
