About the role

This is your chance to play a vital role in delivering our purpose: to inspire and support a lifetime of motoring. By stepping into a training role youll be instrumental in ensuring our colleagues have the knowledge confidence and motivation to put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Youll help shape a learning culture that empowers individuals uplifts teams and drives excellence.

In this opportunity youll deliver technical training across the Group building strong relationships with colleagues and leaders alike. Your work will directly support the colleague journey helping improve sales service and technical performance across our garages and mobile vans. As part of our wider strategy your input will help shape a skilled and confident workforce ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain a professional well-organised training environment with the right tools stock and consumables to support hands-on technical learning.
  • Deliver engaging and standards-aligned technical training that equips colleagues with the skills and confidence needed for their roles.
  • Provide coaching and on-the-job support to help colleagues apply their newly learned technical skills effectively in real-world situations.
  • Bring our values to life during training sessions creating a positive and motivational learning experience that drives colleague engagement.
  • Deliver feedback thats clear constructive and aligned to both technical capability and our company values helping colleagues grow and develop.
  • Ensure training records are accurate up to date and submitted to relevant awarding bodies in line with internal and external requirements.
  • Use training tools and resources to maximise performance improving capability across stores garages and mobile units.
  • Regularly review and refresh training content to ensure its current relevant and aligned with company standards and goals.

About you

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can confidently influence and engage both centre Management and colleagues across the business.
  • Youre a natural presenter comfortable speaking to large groups and adapting your delivery to meet the needs of every learner.
  • Resilient and solutions-focused you work through challenges with energy and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Organised and reliable you manage multiple projects effectively delivering high standards on time and within budget.
  • Youre flexible with a can-do attitude and willingness to travel or stay away from home to meet business needs.
  • A team player at heart youre patient approachable and always ready to coach and support others while using tech confidently in your delivery.
  • Required Skills:PDI 12V auto tech child seats touring.
