Job Description
Commissionaires BC is currently looking for Security Supervisor to lead a team of security guards at a public building in Richmond.
Payrate: $25.58
Working hours:
- Mondays and Fridays 12pm till 8pm
Your Must Haves:
- BC Security Workers License.
- OFA 1
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in preparing security reports
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with using computers
- Previous supervisory experience
Job Duties:
- Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers answering questions and providing solutions by acting as a liaison between the site and the general public
- Interior and exterior patrols
- Access Control and visitor verification
- Investigatingand reportingincidents promptly and accurately
- Maintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety Risk and Quality Assurance assessments
- Submit reportstime sheets and staff evaluations
- Oversee trainingand scheduling of Commissionaires
- Leading through empowerment and monitoring staffmorale discipline and progress
- Ensure team maintainsa professionalstandard ofconductdress and deportment
- Liaise with the client to ensure their instructions are carried out as per written policy
- Contacting management in situations not covered by Post Orders
