About the Opportunity

Are you ready to take the next step in your career at Cessnock City Council

Works and Operations is seeking a skilled and motivated professional from within our organisation to step into the role of Civil Maintenance Coordinator.

This leadership position offers a chance to build on your existing experience while contributing to the continued success of our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing network inspections coordinating planned maintenance and managing teams delivering maintenance programs. A strong focus will be placed on ensuring all works are completed on time to a high standard and with safety as the top priority both for our workforce and the community.

Youll lead and support a team of 17 fostering a culture built on collaboration safety and outstanding customer service. Your project management and contract administration skills will also be essential as you coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to deliver civil maintenance works efficiently and effectively.

Remuneration

$106417 - $122380 per annum plus superannuation
