Job Description

Supply Chain Management Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) (Level 2 or 3) (2nd Shift)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Supply Chain Management Analysts to join our 767/777 Fulfillment team in Everett WA. 2nd shift position hours of operation: Monday through Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm.

The Supply Chain Analyst will have responsibility across all airplane programs. This position will incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions data analysis forecasting supply and/or demand troubleshooting and additional duties as assigned.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Mid-Level Supply Chain Management Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintains synchronization of the supply chain between international or domestic organizations customers and suppliers by utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to support global markets.
  • Analyzes material requirements to determine appropriate attributes to drive accurate demand through the supply chain.
  • Establishes order policies.
  • Creates orders to satisfy demand requirements supporting the supply chain.
  • Develops and controls inventory plans and integrates company customer and supplier capabilities to optimize inventory levels turn rates and unit cost while ensuring accurate requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Schedules requirements by analyzing available resources and manages shop capacity to support on time delivery.
  • Applies knowledge of processes associated with regulating/distribution of goods through the entire manufacturing cycle to the delivery of finished products.
  • Introduces new SCM tools and techniques by working with complex processes and organizational relationships to improve the supply chain.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 1 years of experience with Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 1 years of experience leading projects from contract award through system requirements review preliminary design review critical design review parts procurement installation testing and delivery
  • 1 years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
  • 1 years of experience in supply chain management analysis or materials management analysis
  • 1 years of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and Customer Service was critical to the teams success
  • 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of experience demonstrating exceptional business analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 5 years of experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP
