The School of Human Sciences at Texas Womans University invites applications for a 9-month visiting Assistant Professor in Counseling and Development. The position is expected to begin in August 2025.
The School of Human Sciences houses programs in Child Development Child Life Family Studies Marriage & Family Therapy and Counseling & Development. We have two programs in Counseling & Development: an in-person CACREP accredited M.S. in Counseling & Development with tracks in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling and a 100% online . in School Counseling.

THE POSITION
The position is a full-time 9-month visiting position. Successful applicants must be in the dissertation phase of their doctorate or have a Ph.D. in the discipline of Counseling (CACREP-accredited preferred) with a teaching and service record appropriate for the position (described below).
