Senior Manager Internal Audit:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager Internal Auditwho will take a leadership role in shaping the roadmap and strategy of theInternal Audit function encompassing not only our Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)Compliance Program but also advisory projects/audits leveraging processknowledge and trusted relationships to bring expertise and leading practicesacross the organization.
What Youll Do:
- In collaboration with co-sourcingpartner manage SOX program execution from beginning to end including theoverall program roadmap and timing walkthroughs risk assessments controltesting scoping and program operations
- Lead execution of advisory projectswith a strategic mindset expertly distilling broad visions into detailedoperational plans
- Collaborate closely with co-sourcingpartner and Technology Legal Accounting FP&A P&C and other keyfunctional areas in designing optimal audit plan to drive value in theorganization above and beyond SOX compliance
- Review relevant SOX documentationincluding process narratives flowcharts and risk control matrices toreassess the design of the control environment and provide recommendations
- Demonstrate deep process knowledge toidentify risk areas and appropriately address changes in the business with acontinuous focus on overall process improvement
- Communicate audit findings effectivelyto executive team members while driving meaningful and actionable change
- Collaborate with external auditors tocreate synergies and cost savings for integrated audit
- Provide guidance and training to keystakeholders on SOX compliance internal control best practices and CAVAprocesses
- Identify and maintain leading-edgeknowledge and audit techniques to improve the internal audit function
The Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience with a mix ofpublic accounting and Internal Audit
- Exemplify the highest degree of trustand integrity by continually upholding the principles of the internal auditprofession
- Experience with US GAAP
- Desire to work in a fast-pacedenvironment where you can impact and influence change
- Strong critical thinking analyticaland problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex subject matterand synthesize information into executive presentations
- Self-starter who can workindependently spearhead projects and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a highlycollaborative team-oriented environment
- Continuous improvement mindset andfocus on automation opportunities to drive efficiencies and reduce costs
- Bachelors degree or MBA inAccounting Finance or related field
- Professional certification preferredsuch as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) Certified Fraud Examiner
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain stationaryposition to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Must be able to identify analyze andassess details
- For certain positions must be able tooccasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate with others andexchange information accurately and effectively
- Constantly positions self and moveabout to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or officeoperations as applicable
- Ability to work in a constant state ofalertness and in a safe manner
