Demonstrates a strong desire to work with students with special needs at the elementarylevel Maintains a strong work ethic Training and/or experience with applied behavioral analysis principles Provide support for academic work in and out of the classroom setting Ability to take data on student progress or willingness to be trained Demonstrates flexibility and understanding while working with students who have varyingneeds Ability to facilitate social interactions with students at unstructured times. Degree (or working towards a degree) in elementary special education or psychology ispreferred 2 years of experience preferred Commitment to work the Extended School Year Program in addition to the school year.
