Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for automotive program management MMI Engineered Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Stellantis program activities from concept through launch. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to one of the worlds top automotive OEMs.
What Youll Do
As our Automotive Program Manager (Stellantis) youll be the primary liaison between MMI and Stellantis Engineering & Quality teams. Youll manage APQP processes ensure seamless communication and drive program performance to meet critical milestones.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Stellantis APQP design development and launch activities.
- Interface directly with Stellantis teams using Teamcenter and Auros platforms.
- Track and coordinate tooling fixtures gauges and engineering outsourcing.
- Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with customer purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain APQP forms processes and work instructions.
- Support special projects tied to Stellantis business development.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (required)
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles
- Proven experience with Stellantis APQP metrics and milestone management
- Proficiency in Stellantis systems (Teamcenter and Auros)
- Outstanding communication organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities with minimal supervision
