What Youll Do:
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling recruiting billing/payroll and administrative workflows
- Supervise and support a team of office and field staff
- Ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care
- Implement systems to improve efficiency quality and compliance
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and performance goals
- Active LPN or RN license
- Experience in healthcare operations or team leadership preferred
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with accountability quotas and operational targets
- Proactive adaptable and eager to grow with the company
