We are looking for a General Manager to be the driving force behind an award-winning student experience.

About Kaplan Living Liverpool
Our purpose-built residence offers a vibrant living and study experience for international students with 260 rooms including a mix of studios classic en-suites and premium options. Located in the heart of Liverpool its a hub of culture community and academic support.
What youll do
As General Manager youll lead a dedicated on-site team to deliver an exceptional student experience. Youll be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day operations health & safety and compliance
Driving occupancy and commercial performance
Leading a culture of service excellence and community engagement
Building strong relationships with students staff and local partners
Ensuring the residence is a place students are proud to call home
What youll bring to the role
Youre a natural leader with a passion for people and a commitment to excellence. You bring:
Proven experience in hospitality property or student accommodation
Strong operational and financial management skills
A student-first mindset and a flair for community building
The ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
