Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 4361 Irwin Simpson Road Mason OH 45040
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Engineer Lead will lead requirement gathering calls.
How you will make an impact:
Lead requirement gathering calls.
Lead solution and design meetings.
Ensure IT platforms are stable.
Perform code reviews.
Perform design and code software applications.
Perform testing and validation of applications after deployment.
Mentor junior staff on technology and processes.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Additional Requirements:
Seven (7) years of experience in related occupation(s).
Seven (7) years of experience in related occupation(s) must include:
Seven (7) years of experience leading requirements gathering meetings and reviewing designs with the business.
Seven (7) years of experience implementing improvements in stability performance and scalability across business-critical systems.
Seven (7) years of experience implementing process to reduce barriers and roadblocks in projects services and processes in order to operate more efficiently.
Seven (7) years of experience developing and defining application scope and objectives and supervising the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from which the programs will be written.
Seven (7) years of experience performing technical design reviews and code reviews.
Seven (7) years of experience delivering application technology solutions and data information planning efforts.
Seven (7) years of experience leading multiple or large projects and facilitating large group JAD sessions for requirements modeling.
