High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred. Must have demonstrated leadership communication (oral and written) self-initiative and problem-solving ability. Must be highly organized efficient and able to work independently. Requires human relations and customer service skills to influence and motivate others. Demonstrate patience and the ability to effectively coach and mentor others. Ability to work as a team member take direction from others and initiate and manage projects. Experience with spreadsheet preparation data collection/management/analysis and creation of graphs/charts and presentation in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft OneNote is required.
