A top-tier partner hospital inSarasota FL is now hiring a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian (DVM) to join their dedicated and highly trained team. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and wants to focus solely on urgent carewithout the burden of wellness exams abdominal surgeries or overnight shifts.

Urgent Care Only no routine wellness appointments or vaccinations
No abdominal surgeries or overnight ER
Brand-new state-of-the-art facility with advanced diagnostics
Fear Free Certified & Feline Friendly practice
Flexible scheduling options including swing and second shifts
Excellent technical support staff and collaborative team culture
Located in beautiful Sarasota
Diagnose and treat urgent but non-critical conditions (GI issues wounds infections etc.)
Prescribe medications perform diagnostics and manage treatments
Communicate clearly with pet owners about care plans and follow-up
Maintain accurate patient records using a cloud-based EMR system
Collaborate with medical and support teams to deliver high-quality care
Encourage staff development via the LevelUp technician training program
DVM or VMD (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE)
Licensed or eligible to practice veterinary medicine in Florida
13 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates also welcome!)
Strong diagnostic skills and confident clinical decision-making
Compassionate collaborative and committed to quality care
Passionate about urgent care and helping pets in immediate need
