The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking two motivated Associate Financial Analysts to join our Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) team located in Seattle or Tukwila Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career as a finance professional and to contribute to our dynamic environment.
The selected candidate(s) will support various members of the Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) Leadership Team or support ET&T Financial Integration and will work closely with senior-level analysts and management on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for individuals who demonstrates initiative in navigating challenges and effectively managing uncertainty.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide program support and assist with government accounting requirements and overhead pool allocations
Collaborate with senior leadership to influence decision-making and translate financial insights into strategic recommendations
Analyze and manipulate data using tools such as Tableau and Excel to derive actionable insights
Drive continuous process improvements related to budget development analytics and other financial products that enhance the partnership with Engineering leadership
Reconcile data from multiple sources and perform general support of: resource forecasts and/or EACs for control accounts budgets functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts programs
Extract data and compiles routine performance reports and assist with preparing variance analyses
Assist in developing business cases using appropriate indices

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
1 years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance Contracts Estimating Procurement Financial Analysis Business Operations or Supplier Manager)
1 years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas VLookups pivot tables charts filters and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher in accounting finance business or a related field
Experience with systems such as: Cognos Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE) Tableau
Strong communication skills are essential for effective business partnering with senior leadership
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Experience using analytical collaboration communication and organizational skills
Experience performing variance analysis
Experience interfacing and communication with business leadership including executives
Experience working with analytics data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
Project management skills and coordination with key stakeholders
