Our mission is to simplify international workforce expansion with efficiency compliance and flexibility. As we continue to scale were looking for an experienced and driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational excellence and enable our next phase of growth.
Your Role
As our COO you will be the driving force behind day-to-day operations ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will lead and develop our operational teams optimize processes across regions and help turn our ambitious strategy into reality.

What Youll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Develop coach and empower a high-performing operations team across multiple countries.
- Drive Efficiency: Standardize and automate processes to deliver best-in-class services in payroll onboarding compliance and employee support.
- Scale International Operations & Champion Technology: Support market expansion and enable the smooth setup of new countries and services. Lead the adoption of digital solutions to make our operations scalable and data-driven.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee adherence to labor laws and regulations in all markets where we operate.
- Manage Budgets: Take ownership of our core HR services product drive cost optimization and ensure financial accountability.
- Build Relationships: Act as a trusted partner to clients suppliers and regulatory bodies.
Who You Are
- A strategic and hands-on leader with proven experience in HR operations or shared services leadership roles.
- Skilled at driving efficiency and excellence in complex international environments.
- Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets and supporting profitable growth.
- Passionate about building engaged teams and developing people.
- Comfortable navigating diverse cultural contexts and regulatory frameworks.
- Fluent in English (Swedish or other languages are a plus).
