Job Title: Network Performance Officer - Graduate Program
Job Location: Rijswijk The Netherlands
Important: To be considered for this role applicants must be eligible to work and live in The Netherlands already which means having permanent work authorisation in The Netherlands for now and in the future.
Main Responsibilities:
- Network Quality Monitoring: Long-term network guardian protecting customers network experience. Identify customers network quality gaps and risks take the lead in proposing solutions and carry out closed-loop management.
- Support for Installed Base Operations: Monitor the network and guide customers in network evolution. Support smooth network evolution and value maximization for customers driving product and service sales and promoting value transformation.
- Value Delivery Realization: Deeply understand networks support customers in achieving value targets. Realize value targets through contractual delivery creating the equation: Huawei equipment Huawei services Best Network.
- Reporting to Senior Customers: Stay close to customers be the interview target for customer CTOs. Continuously help customers solve problems build customer interface stickiness and influence.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher preferably with a background in management science engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is required Dutch or Chinese is a plus.
- Customer Understanding Ability: Understand customers business development strategies commercial and competitive demands. Grasp senior customers key focus areas (such as network competition customer business operations) read semi-annual and annual group materials provincial key customer speeches requirement analysis materials and clarify the top concerns of customers regarding network quality.
- Network Insight Capability: Conduct macro and micro network insights network quality and user experience analysis. Possess network insight acquisition and organization capabilities build teams support related teams through RNAC insights match network resources and key work complete network evolution architecture strategies and high-value solutions.
- Solution Capability: Master high-quality solutions in relevant service domains. Grasp the years regional key solutions combine local network insights for adaptation match local solution resources and support market expansion.
- Customer Communication Ability: Communicate with customers using customized language at various levels. Capable of delivering standard reports to provincial and municipal TOP customers and capturing the voice of the customer.
- Problem Closure Capability: Possess ownership spirit mobilize surrounding resources drive problem resolution and closure and gain customer recognition.
- Value Realization Ability: Ability to transform solutions and services into customer value gaining customer recognition and support for premium network construction.
- Proactive Thinking Ability: Enhance industry mindset possess E2E vision and innovative spirit proactively think and plan assist in resolving customer issues externally and help drive industry development.
- Project Delivery Management: Be familiar with project management processes and integrate compliance management into the project delivery process.
