About the role:

The Stock Controller - Studio is responsible for managing and tracking all physical samples that move through the studio environment for photography videography and content creation. This role ensures the accurate intake handling organization and return of product samples supporting smooth studio operations and timely asset delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all daily inbound and outbound product deliveries
  • Segregating products in product batches to be send for shoot as per priority/ launch date requirement
  • Unpacking preparing stocks to be send to external photo studios for shoot QC and repack of returned articles post photo shoot
  • Preparing all supporting documentation details
  • Arranging transportation of product to and back from location of shoot/ external photo studio
  • Order products from warehouse and track shipments; escalate delays if required
  • Updating of inventory records and documents to track stock availability

In order to succeed in the role you should ideally have:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain preferred
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management and ability to participate in inventory audits
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce photo studio processes
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
