About the client:
Our client is a global pharmaceutical company based in Barcelona specialized in the development of value-added medicines (AVMs) and innovative solutions for the B2B market. With a highly skilled cross-functional team they collaborate with international partners throughout the full product lifecyclefrom early formulation to tech transfer and global commercialization.
The company offers a dynamic and regulated environment where innovation quality and operational excellence are at the core. They are currently expanding their R&D team to lead new developments in collaboration with CDMOs CROs and other key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical ecosystem.
Your mission:
- Lead development projects with third parties (CDMOs CROs API suppliers regulatory and scientific consultancies).
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (R&D BD Regulatory IP Operations).
- Define Target Product Profile Project Plan and budget.
- Oversee formulation analytical development tech transfer and dossier preparation.
- Support the evaluation and validation of new AVM or generic projects.
- Manage timelines risks milestones and costs using a project management system.
- Contribute to regulatory processes and respond to Health Authorities as needed.
What were looking for:
- Experience in pharmaceutical project management or clinical development (35 years minimum).
- Degree in Pharmacy Chemistry Biotechnology (Masters in Project Management is a plus).
- Strong stakeholder and cross-cultural management skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities in complex environments.
- Solid English level (international setting).
