Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional with deep expertise in Core HR Payroll Compensation and Performance. Familiarity with Absence Management Benefits and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is preferred. The role will serve as a Functional SME partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable high-impact HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Translate business requirements into functional specs and configurations.

Manage end-to-end implementation support and optimization of HCM systems.

Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting across modules.

Lead testing validation and deployment activities.

Ensure system compliance data integrity and security protocols.

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or related field.

8 10 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

Strong knowledge of Core HR Payroll Compensation and Performance.

Familiarity with Absence Management Benefits and ORC is a plus.

Proficient in functional configuration integration and process improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
