Job Description
Job Title: LPN/LVN
Location: Petoskey Michigan
Contract duration: 13 Weeks (with the possibility of extension)
Shift: 12 Hours Nights (6p - 6:30a)
Guarnteed hours: 36 hrs/week
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend including holiday rotation if scheduled
Requirements:
Active LPN Michigan License
At least two years of SNF/LTC Med Surg experience
BLS (AHA)
Covid Vaccine Required - Medical & Religious Exemptions can be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
