Job Title: GIS Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior GIS Developer to join our team in Juno Beach FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GIS technologies excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the ESRI ecosystem. This role demands hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Enterprise and ESRI JavaScript API along with proficiency in JavaScript for developing and customizing web-based GIS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain GIS applications using ESRI technologies.
- Work with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro to create and manage spatial data solutions.
- Develop interactive map-based web applications using the ESRI JavaScript API and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize GIS applications for performance and scalability.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of professional experience in GIS application development.
- Strong experience with ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Enterprise and ESRI JavaScript API.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and web development practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GIS data modeling and spatial analysis.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Understanding of REST APIs and web services related to GIS.
