Job Description
Job Highlights:
- Location: Burlington MA 01805
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Shift: Evening Shift
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay: $2520 - $2664
- Deliver patient-centered care before during and after surgical procedures
- Circulate in the OR ensuring proper aseptic technique and patient safety
- Scrub as needed (preferred but not required)
- Manage intraoperative nursing documentation using Epic electronic medical records
- Collaborate closely with surgeons anesthesia providers and surgical technologists
- Maintain and prepare the robotic and neuro surgical equipment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance standards
- Adhere to infection control protocols and all hospital policies
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
- Current valid Massachusetts RN license
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records (required)
- Primary experience in robotic and neuro cases
- Scrubbing experience preferred but not required
- 1 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
