You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMalaceHR is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to support the maintenance and operations of our client s facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the building remains safe secure and fully operational through hands-on general maintenance system troubleshooting and facility support services.
Monitor facility systems to ensure safety cleanliness and proper operation.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems HVAC systems and controls and other mechanical systems.
Perform general and preventative maintenance on building systems including carpentry and plumbing.
Replace lighting components such as bulbs and ballasts.
Relocate office furniture equipment and materials as required.
Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and contractors.
Support ongoing and project-based facility upgrades and changes.
Comply with and enforce all safety standards and protocols safety is the #1 priority.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Working knowledge of machines and tools including their use maintenance and repair.
High school diploma or GED required.
5 7 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience.
Full-time
