Remote Member Services Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process policy applications renewals and amendments as per client requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the insurance agents including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with the insurance team to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Word Excel and email platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferably within the industry.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and guidelines is a plus.
