Job Description
Position : Copy Editor
Work Hours (Client) : 9:00am - 5:00pm CST
Pay Range : $1500 to $2000
Location of Search : Latam
Work Location : REMOTE
We re hiring a Copy Editor with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of brand voice to elevate our content across all platforms website blog social media and video. You ll collaborate closely with writers video editors and SEO teams to ensure clarity consistency and high editorial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and edit written content for grammar tone style and accuracy
- Ensure consistent brand voice across blog posts video scripts emails and social copy
- Optimize existing articles for clarity SEO and readability
- Manage and edit content within WordPress (basic formatting and publishing)
- Provide feedback and editorial direction to content contributors
- Collaborate with the SEO Manager to align content with keyword and performance goals
Qualifications
- 3 5 years of editorial experience preferably in an agency or fast-paced content environment
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Strong command of grammar spelling and American English usage
- Experience editing SEO-driven content
- WordPress proficiency
Nice to Have
- Background in legal medical or professional services content
- Familiarity with AI writing/editing tools (Grammarly ChatGPT Hemingway etc.)
