Position: Procurement Executive Asstt. Manager
Experience: 5-8 years
Location: Noida - Sector 125

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Purchase/Procurement Executive with a strong focus on IT sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring IT hardware software and services ensuring optimal cost quality and delivery. This role requires a combination of strategic sourcing supplier management and contract negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT products and services.
- Conduct market research and vendor analysis to identify potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Track and analyze procurement metrics.
- Stay updated on IT market trends and pricing.
- Ensure compliance w ith procurement policies and procedures.
- Can work in a team and produce positive results
- Excellent relations with OEMs Distributors
- Must be aware of the complete IT Sourcing processes and cycle
Qualifications
- At least 5-8 years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing in a IT Services Company
- Strong understanding of the IT Products IT Solutions IT technology trends.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least Graduate Graduate with Engineering will be given preference
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Ariba etc).
- Certifications in procurement or supply chain management.
