Our client a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company based in Miami Lakes. A Retailed E-Commerce Store with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality products They are expanding their team and seeking a dedicated E-commerce Listing Specialist with experience in Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
Job Description: As an e-commerce listing Specialist with RMA experience you will play a crucial role in managing our online product listings and ensuring a smooth returns process for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Product Listing Optimization:
Create manage and optimize product listings across various ecommerce platforms (e.g. Amazon eBay Shopify). Write compelling product descriptions titles and bullet points to enhance product visibility and sales conversion. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product rankings.
Manage the end-to-end RMA process including initiating returns issuing return labels and processing refunds or replacements. Communicate with customers to provide support and assistance throughout the returns process ensuring a positive experience. Analyze RMA data to identify trends product issues or areas for improvement in the returns process.
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to inform pricing promotions and product strategies. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g. sales conversion rates return rates) and make data-driven recommendations.
Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce listing management preferably in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central eBay Shopify etc.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Experience with RMA processes and familiarity with customer service software (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
