Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Home Automation Installation Engineer to install configure and support smart home devices including lighting modules sensors switches gateways and control panels. The role involves on-site installations troubleshooting and client handover of automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure home automation devices (Z-Wave Zigbee Wi-Fi based systems).
Read and understand wiring diagrams and product manuals.
Conduct site visits pre-installation surveys and coordinate with the client or site electrician.
Ensure correct wiring product mounting and testing at the site.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during installation and post-deployment.
Provide a demo and handover to the client post-installation.
Maintain installation reports checklists and photos for documentation.
Train clients and electricians on basic product usage and safety.
Collaborate with the support and R and amp;D teams for escalated issues.
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications:
Diploma or ITI in Electrical Electronics or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in electrical installations or automation.
Good understanding of home automation or IoT products preferred.
Must be able to work independently at client sites.
Language Requirement:
English and Hindi Mandatory
