Job Description:
This role focuses on delivering innovative AI/ML-driven healthcare products that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. The Product Owner will translate complex healthcare needs into actionable technical solutions by working cross-functionally with clinical experts data scientists engineers and designers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for AI/ML-powered products
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to post-deployment optimization
- Design evaluation strategies for AI/ML models (online offline HITL)
- Analyze usage feedback and model performance to guide improvements
- Ensure solutions meet healthcare regulatory and data privacy standards
- Drive product improvements through user research and data analysis
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner
- Strong background working with healthcare clients
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application
- Familiarity with clinical workflows interoperability and compliance
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Direct experience with healthcare AI/ML products
- Knowledge of ethical and responsible AI deployment practices
- Experience in managing performance of deployed ML models
