Job Description
Join Adaire Technology Services GmbH as an AI Architect and become a pivotal part of our innovative team at the forefront of technology information and internet solutions.
Our R&D Centers are in Windhoek Namibia and Accra Ghana with Sales and Marketing centers in Berlin Germany and Zurich Switzerland - the core of our business is delivering top-tier software outsourcing services. You would be based in one of our R&D Centers.
As an AI Architect you will have the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of a new AI solutions. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI technologies building a new product and thrive in a dynamic environment we invite you to bring your vision and skills to our growing team.
(LIkely this would be a 6 month contract to start using a Digital Nomad Visa to enable working in country)
Tasks
- Design and implement an AI-driven solution for one of our clients.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and development teams to ensure the delivery of an excellent product.
- Lead research and development efforts to explore new AI methodologies and tools ensuring the company stays at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to AI architecture and design processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members.
- Provide expertise and guidance on AI best practices and strategies to internal teams and clients fostering innovative approaches to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in designing and implementing AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives.
