Tasks
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments in compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounts payable processes and increase efficiency.
- Assist in month-end closing activities including accruals and reporting for accounts payable.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
