Job Description

This role will reinforce an existing team of several pricing analysts covering 3 geographies:
France Germany and Belgium (Immoweb). This position will be focussing on Immoweb.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pricing Analyst to join our team. In this role you will assist with preparing and managing pricing strategies conducting analyses and supporting the sales team with pricing related tasks. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn about data analytics pricing
models enjoy working with data and strong communication skills.

Data analysis

  • Review and analyze pricing data assist in updating pricing models
  • Review customer-specific or non-customer-specific pricing
  • Analyze customer data to assess the impact of pricing on behavior satisfaction and loyalty
  • Carry out market research benchmarking and competitive analysis
  • Support in creating profitability analyses and forecasts

Pre-Sales preparation and after care

  • Update pricing files and sales documents
  • Create presentations and slides for Kick-off meetings
  • Calculate and upload new prices in Salesforce
  • Communicate pricing updates and support workshops with Sales team

Sales Support

  • Answer questions from Sales representatives on pricing related topics
  • Introduce new processes to the Sales team
  • Follow up on communications

Qualifications :

  • You have a first experience in a data driven position.
  • Some knowledge on the Real Estate sector is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You are passionate about data and have an analytical mind.
  • You are proficient in Excel and Google sheets using advanced functions and
  • formulas
  • You have preferably basic knowledge of SQL for database querying and Tableau for
  • data visualization and reporting
  • You can effectively interact with diverse profiles from different teams including
  • management sales team marketing and finance.
  • Fluency in English and French or Dutch
