We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our Birmingham team. As a cashier at Signal Tru Brand you will play a key role in ensuring smooth point-of-sale operations and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate is courteous organized and able to manage transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
Assist customers with purchases returns and inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and customer service
Monitor inventory at the front end and notify management of low stock
Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Strong basic math and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
