To ensure the implementation of the Prestige / Executive Banking value proposition and its financial and non-financial objectives in alignment with the overall Affluent Clients requirements through a team of Prestige / Executive Bankers.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Economic Business Administration Finance or related
Additional Information :
Experience:
- 1-2 years: Exposure to the development design and enablement of segment value propositions. Understanding of digital open banking and platform integrations.
- 3-4 years: Experience in consumer banking including managing a team of bankers. Knowledge and experience of prestige consumers their needs and their markets gained from industry experience. Experience in managing an income statement and balance sheet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the consistent implementation and adoption of the Prestige value propositions and provides feedback to various domains and capabilities.
- Accountable for overall risk management and adherence to all governance standards for the continued sustainability of Prestige.
- Analyses internal inefficiencies and its impact on clients and staff members who are servicing the client and puts appropriate action plans in place.
- Ensures profitability of the Prestige portfolio through the identification of opportunities actively managing customer migration between segments and sub-segments etc.
- Ensures successful retention of existing customers to strengthen and expand relationships.
