- Lead and develop the team considering Continentals Leadership Philosophy
- Lead multiple test centers in the region APAC (including external testing recourses)
- Ensure the running of test equipment and methods for all product related tests
- Provide technical support for the test benches and the associated infrastructure
- Plan and implement test bench conversions and extensions
- Cooperate and exchange methods and knowledge with internal and external partners and throughout global locations
- Represent the testing departments and provide test results in assigned working groups
- Maintain and develop Laboratory Information Management Systems
- Support Big Data
- Decide which tests and test devices where to be installed and operated for best global match with customer demands
- Ensure implementation of standardized test methods and equipment for serial testing in global test locations
Qualifications :
- Technical University degree (Bachelor or Master)
- Leadership experience
- Leading technical teams with strong focus on execution
- International and intercultural experience
- Strong communication skills
