Job Description
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Analyser les besoins mtiers et rdiger les spcifications fonctionnelles.
Intervenir sur des sujets de MCO (Maintien en Condition Oprationnelle) et dvolutions fonctionnelles sur la plateforme ServiceNow.
tudier et traiter les User Stories en lien avec les quipes mtiers et techniques.
Proposer des solutions proches du standard ServiceNow pour garantir la maintenabilit.
Participer la configuration fonctionnelle des modules ITSM : Incidents Demandes Changements Problmes CMDB etc.
Contribuer la qualification des demandes lorganisation des tests fonctionnels et au suivi des mises en production.
Qualifications :
Profil recherch :
Exprience confirme sur des missions fonctionnelles ou technico-fonctionnelles ServiceNow.
Matrise des processus ITSM et bonne connaissance des principes ITIL.
Capacit dialoguer avec les mtiers et les quipes techniques.
Autonomie rigueur esprit danalyse et de synthse.
Capacit proposer des solutions standards et efficaces dans lcosystme ServiceNow.
Comptences techniques :
ServiceNow ITSM : modules incidents demandes changements problmes CMDB
Analyse fonctionnelle / rdaction de spcifications
Javascript (lecture ou notions de base apprcies)
Environnement ITIL
Outils : Jira Confluence (souhait)
