Remote Call Center needs 1 years experience

Remote Call Center requires:

Must be in Indianapolis IN; Newport KY; Cincinnati OH & Jacksonville FL

LAN Ethernet

25 upload and download

Windows 10

Core i3 16 gb

12:30-9:00pm 1:30pm-10:00pm 2:30-11:00pm and 3:30pm-12:00am

Avaya compatible USB headsets

Cannot choose shifts must work 2nd 3rd shift

One day weekend

Answering calls: Responding to a high volume of inbound calls from customers with various needs.
Providing information: Explaining product details service offerings and company policies.
Resolving issues: Troubleshooting problems handling complaints and finding solutions for customer concerns.
Processing orders: Taking orders managing payments and processing returns or refunds.
