Job Description
The Line Cook plays a critical role in the success of the PM servicea hands-on position in a fast-paced fine-dining kitchen rooted in craft seasonality and precision. Working within a French brigade-style structure the Line Cook is responsible for executing dishes to the highest standards of taste temperature and presentation while maintaining a clean organized and fully stocked station.

Experience:
- Fine dining experience is fantastic! But if you are new to the field friendliness high standards and a motivated attitude will do the trick; we can teach you the rest.
- High school or GED diploma plus two years of culinary program or related experience
