Job Description
Coaches will give lessons to players (youth through high school level) and conduct team training including strength and conditioning training. Travel team coaches will also manage two youth/high school travel teams with one weekday practice and one weekend doubleheader each during the baseball season. Coaches willmanage facility operations and open/close at our facility in Merrifield VA.
Candidates for this position should be enthusiastic about working with athletes of all ages and skill levels as well as be able to manage their scheduling and facility duties in addition to coaching.
Requirements
- Experience playing or coaching baseball for 2-3 years
- Willing to work with youth players ages 6
- Able to commit to at least 25 hours/week
- Reliable transportation to facility and games/practices
