Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement local strategies aligned with the Sobi Cluster Head and market insights.

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers stakeholders and wholesalers; spend 40% of time in the field.

  • Manage commercial team performance motivation and talent development.

  • Ensure product availability CRM system compliance and efficient resource allocation.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and ensure adherence to GxP and pharmacovigilance standards.

  • Report to the Cluster Head and support cross-functional collaboration within the CEE region.

Scope:

  • Act as a key leader within the CEE platform supporting local teams and ensuring alignment with broader regional strategies.

Internal Interfaces:

  • Cluster Head sales/marketing and medical teams.

External Interfaces:

  • Healthcare professionals (HCPs) key opinion leaders (KOLs) and relevant stakeholders.


Qualifications :

Education:

  • Required: Masters or Doctorate in Medical Sciences.

  • Preferred: Additional education in marketing or finance.

Work Experience:

  • Required: Several years in the pharmaceutical industry in roles such as Business Unit Manager Franchise Lead Commercial Manager or Country Manager.

  • Preferred: Experience in a biopharmaceutical company.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Required:

    • Proven P&L management skills.

    • In-depth knowledge of the Polish pharmaceutical market.

    • Experience in drug commercialization and frontline operations.

    • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.

    • Demonstrated success in turnaround environments.

    • Strong external stakeholder and customer relationship skills.

    • High ethical standards and leadership qualities.

  • Preferred:

    • P&L experience in rare/severe diseases (e.g. hemophilia immunology hematology).

    • Background in orphan disease markets.
