Additional Information :

We are inviting female students to join our Deloitte Female Academy - an educational programme for creative ambitious and knowledge-hungry women. 

 

With Deloitte Female Academy we create a space where you can bring your unique talents and passions to the table and expand your network with peers professionals and leaders. Between September and November 2025 we will take you on a professional journey that will give you the opportunity to build valuable knowledge and acquire specific tools that you can use in your future career. Over the course of six sessions with six different themes a range of dedicated people will facilitate educational workshops inspiring talks debates and challenging events as well as share their personal stories. 
 

The Female Academy programme 2024 

By applying to participate in Deloitte Female Academy you commit to joining all sessions of the programme that will take place on the following dates in Copenhagen: 

  • Session 1 Thursday 11 September:Welcome to Female Academy and Deloitte 
  • Session 2 Thursday 25 September:Explore Business Chemistry: The art of building business relationships 
  • Session 3 Thursday 9 October:Deliver with impact: The art of powerful presentations 
  • Session 4 Thursday 23 October:Tools for Tomorrow: Thinking with GenAI 
  • Session 5 Thursday 6 November:Break your biases (Workshop about unconscious bias) 
  • Session 6 Thursday 20 November:Final Farewell: Celebrating achievements with Deloitte and friends 

 

*All meetings are held in the evening and start at 16.00 earliest and we will cover transportation costs for students residing in Jutland and Fyn. 

** If you already know now that you are prevented from participating in some of the sessions please let us know in your application. 

 

After you have participated in the programme you will be invited to join ourFemale AcademyAlumni Network. A professional community for former participants which today counts around 130 creative ambitious and knowledge-hungry women. Through the network you areinvited to one yearly event full of inspiration and knowledge-sharing. You will furthermore have the opportunity to stay in touch with peers from your programme year as well as make new connections across the year groups.

To make sure that all participants obtain maximum value from the academy the number of seats will be limited. Applicants will be subjected to a screening process and must therefore answer the following questions below:

  • What are your aspirations for your future career 


Apply no later than 10 August 2025.   


If you are selected to join the programme you will receive an invitation no later than 21 August 2025.
