Your Opportunity We are seeking a DiningSupervisor Full-Timewhose primary responsibility is tohelp manage lead and innovate our Mainstreet and Private Dining venues for Independent Living. This includes Currents Meridian 30 North The Retreat and the Coffee Shop.

Key Responsibilities: - Maintains Resident satisfactions and staff productivity by handling their inquiries concerns or comments and providing solutions; acquiring feedback from Residents and co-workers in order to ensure satisfaction and/or implement service improvement ideas; developing new concepts to increase Resident and staff satisfaction.
- Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners.
- Meets with residents on an informal basis during meals or upon departure to obtain feedback on quality of food and beverage service levels and overall satisfaction.
- Perform all positions within the Front of House F&B Operations on an as-needed basis
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education Required: Bachelors degree in a job-related field Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing multi-outlet Food & Beverage operation in a similar environment. Previous Senior Living or Healthcare experience preferred along with proven experience in a high-end service environment. Opening experience a plus. Passion for serving Residents and Staff a must! Must have excellent written and verbal management skills and ability to coach/mentor staff. Hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Word and Excel preferred).
