Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in facilitating smooth office operations and ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our team members managing communication between departments and assisting with various administrative functions that are crucial to our organizations success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office schedules including setting appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails phone calls and mail.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and ensure that documents are easily accessible.
  • Prepare and distribute reports presentations and other documentation as required.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking as needed.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders to replenish supplies timely.
