The Players Club manager is responsible for supervising the WOW Casino Rewards Desk and leading the team responsible for growing a customer database through new enrollment; as well as managing customer requests and resolving guest issues. The manager will oversee the development coordination and implementation of policies procedures and guidelines as well as assist and aid in the improvement of the operations and functions within the department. The Players Club Manager is responsible for promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force within the department as well as fostering a culture of excitement efficiency and exceptional customer service to ensure optimum guest satisfaction and repeat visits. Will also be responsible for other marketing initiatives as required.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING)
The ideal candidate can think strategically is action-oriented and an effective leader providing direction and support when needed. The WOW Casino Rewards Manager will maintain a strong productive and communicative relationship with lead contacts within the property. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization is essential. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Westgate policies practices and procedures.
