Image processing expert of Bosch front and surround video detection for driver assistance and intelligent driving systems
- Analyze technology and market trends and derive impacts on research strategy and identify key partners
- Responsible for controlling the activation exposure ISP tuning and optimization of memory bandwidth usage for onboard cameras on the SoC side meeting the requirements of the ViPER algorithm software for image signals at the board/car end.
- Responsible for the simulation of image data link feedback on the PC side such as SW ISP processing images based on different configurations to meet the simulation and computation needs of the ViPER algorithm software.
- Responsible for configuring and activating hardware acceleration IP cores (including DSP) supporting common image operations such as image pyramids and distortion correction.
Qualifications :
- MSc or above in engineering discipline
- Above 3 years working experience in computer vision for image pre-processing
- Above 3 years working experience in surround video camera pre-processing
- Familiarity Filters (KF EKF UKF PF )
- Proficiency and practical experiences in programming e.g. C/C Python ROS MATLAB and developing in Linux with Computer vision algorithms
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and algorithms Knowledge of relevant hardware including firmware/drivers and communication protocols for in-vehicle cameras ISP etc.
- Application development capability based on SDKs (including APIs) provided by hardware vendors Technical writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of image data streams transmission formats encoding/decoding common protocols etc.
