In This Role You Will Be Responsible For:
Managing the complaint departments email inbox and ensuring timely responses.
Responding to customer complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner.
Reviewing complaint submissions to confirm their accuracy and completeness.
Processing and documenting complaints in line with company procedures.
Tracking the progress and timeliness of internal investigations and assessments evaluating the legitimacy of complaints.
Handling correspondence with consumer protection bodies and other official institutions within the country.
Working closely with other departments to resolve issues raised by customers.
Preparing regular reports on complaints and how they are handled.
Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and supporting ongoing quality improvements.
Professional Experience and Skills:
Legal education (completed or in progress); a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree is preferred though recent graduates will also be considered.
Ability to conduct legal analysis and prepare draft responses recommendations and related documentation.
Strong written communication skills with precision in drafting formal correspondence.
Excellent organisational skills with a focus on time management attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Working knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) sufficient for handling legal documentation and professional correspondence proficiency is an asset.
