Solicitor Associate (15 PQE) Dispute ResolutionCould you help us achieve success for our clients whatever that looks like for them
Were looking to recruit a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor/Associate (1-5 PQE) to join our market leading Real Estate Litigation team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Youll be at the forefront of providing strategic commercial advice on a wide variety of Real Estate disputes helping us develop and maintain our market-leading position.
Youll be hands-on with a diverse range of clients from small local businesses to large international organisations regularly communicating and building relationships. Your role will include drafting and appearance work in litigation and arbitration including boundary/title disputes landlord and tenant disputes and development disputes. Youll also assist in negotiation and mediation instruction of counsel and project management of cases. There will also be an opportunity to work with our general commercial litigation partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Real Estate Litigation experience to join a top-tier team where you can continue to develop your skills and knowledge with ample opportunities for growth and advancement while working with some of Scotlands Dispute Resolution Real Estate experts.
