Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Actively participating in an international project team responsible for global HR transformation projects
- Ensuring that data is properly mapped validated and transferred between systems while aligning with business requirements and compliance standards
- Monitoring the mapping transformation and cleansing of data to ensure it aligns with the requirements of the target system
- Ensuring that data migration activities adhere to regulatory compliance standards and data privacy regulations
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- A degree or similar qualification with a focus on business or IT
- Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
- Structured independent and self-organised work style
- Experience in data governance and management also from an IT perspective
- Good understanding of policies and rules
- Experience with data quality tools and data catalogues is an advantage
Desirable extras.
- Preferably experience with Workday HCM modules (i.e. Recruiting Core Talent Management)
- Experience in applying agile frameworks
- German language skills are a plus
