Job Description

Short Term Planner Site-Based Burton Mine

Ready for a new challenge Join Emeco!

Were on the hunt for an experienced Short Term Maintenance Planner to join our high-performing team at Burton youre a proactive planner with a strong trade or mobile equipment background this is your opportunity!

Your Impact:

  • Develop and maintain a rolling current week plus 2 maintenance plan (labour parts tooling).

  • Maintain asset backlog and schedule high-priority works.

  • Oversee Condition Monitoring work orders and liaise with the Central Asset team.

  • Run weekly and daily planning meetings with stakeholders.

  • Optimise labour capacity and flag resourcing needs.

  • Support breakdown response and manage warranty reporting.

  • Maintain accurate CMMS records (AMT).

Youll Bring:

  • Trade background or mining equipment experience (CAT Hitachi Komatsu).

  • Proven success in short-term maintenance planning.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Solid knowledge of CMMS (preferably AMT) and Microsoft Office.

  • Drive to deliver safe effective maintenance solutions.
