Short Term Planner Site-Based Burton Mine

Were on the hunt for an experienced Short Term Maintenance Planner to join our high-performing team at Burton youre a proactive planner with a strong trade or mobile equipment background this is your opportunity!
Your Impact:
Develop and maintain a rolling current week plus 2 maintenance plan (labour parts tooling).
Maintain asset backlog and schedule high-priority works.
Oversee Condition Monitoring work orders and liaise with the Central Asset team.
Run weekly and daily planning meetings with stakeholders.
Optimise labour capacity and flag resourcing needs.
Support breakdown response and manage warranty reporting.
Maintain accurate CMMS records (AMT).
Youll Bring:
Trade background or mining equipment experience (CAT Hitachi Komatsu).
Proven success in short-term maintenance planning.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Solid knowledge of CMMS (preferably AMT) and Microsoft Office.
Drive to deliver safe effective maintenance solutions.
